Located in an area of high urban concentration, the project had to play with the constraints of a narrow plot. As a result, the main building develops on five levels, the secondary building on two, the two L-shaped bodies framing a vast recreational space. No useless demonstration in this wise composition, but a deep reflection on the flows in order to optimize the allocation of spaces. The simplicity of the volumes is compensated by a graphic research on the drillings and a dialogue between the materials and the colors, polished white concrete of the walls, black lacquered aluminum of the exterior joineries. On the courtyard side, the compactness of the main facade contrasts with the slenderness of the low building, with a walkway and a staircase. The zinc and concrete panel treatment of the one meets the glass curtain wall of the other.
